All level 1 classes are suitable for those with no experience. 

Pole Fitness

 

LEVEL 1 

Prerequisites: none 

Goal: proficient in basic spins and sits. 

LEVEL 2

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1 goals. 

Goal: basic invert

LEVEL 3

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1 and 2 goals.

Goal: forearm climb, outside leg hang

LEVEL 4

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1-3 goals

Goal: inside leg hang, butterfly, shoulder mount straddle, superman, flatline scorpio

LEVEL 5

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1-4 goals

Goal: aerial invert, extended butterfly, cupid, iguana

LEVEL 6 

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1-5 goals

Goal: brass monkey, elbow ayesha, true grip ayesha

LEVEL 7+ 

Prerequisites: Proficient in level 1-6 goals

Goal: Far too many to add here. The sky's the limit!

Aerial Silks

 

LEVEL 1 

Prerequisites: none 

Goal: invert from ground, climbs, different types of foot locks, foot lock sequence, short arm hang 

LEVEL 2 

Prerequisites: Proficient in Level 1 goals 

Goal: aerial invert, aerial foot locks, catchers, double crochet, able to pull up

LEVEL 3

Prerequisites: Proficient in Level 2 goals

Goal: able to perform sequences, hang for 1 minute, long arm inverts

 

Aerial Hoop

 

LEVEL 1 

Prerequisites: none

Goal: straddle mount and dismount hoop, hocks hang top and bottom bar, shapes under bottom bar, front and back balances. 

LEVEL 2

Prerequisites: Proficient in Level 1 goals

Goal: able to invert inside hoop, pull up to sit, knee away changes, single leg hip hold, hocks from top bar to sit. 

LEVEL 3

Prerequisites: Proficient in Level 2 goals

Goal: single leg hocks, meathook, perform sequences

LEVEL 1 

Prerequisites: none 

Goal: TBC

These classes are suitable for all levels, whether you have little to no experience or have been working on them for a while. 

All exercises can be adapted to suit your ability.
