Service Description

In this workshop, we will work on heels techniques in one unique sequence. Danced to different music styles and on both sides! The workshop will include details on flow, body weight transfers, leg and ankle conditioning, mobility drills, rotations, 'push/pull' techniques, box work. A proper workout for both entire body and mind. And an essential workshop for all the dancers Level: Intermediate and above
