Service Description

This workshop is aimed at intermediate levels + You must be able to invert comfortably. In this workshop Jade will go through some of her favourite tricks and spin transitions. You will learn intricate ways in and out of moves and go away with some super flashy combinations. Everything will be broken down into small chunks so that everybody is capable of achieving something and will walk away having learnt something neW.
