I don't have any upper body strength/experience can I still join?
All our new classes are aimed at beginners, these classes will help you build strength and gain experience.
If you have experience in any of these disciplines, please get in touch and we will work out where to place you in our classes.
I'm older/bigger/male/under 18, can I still join?
We welcome people all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life. The pole and aerial arts communities are some of the most inclusive. You'll be welcomed from the second you step through the door.
For our under 18's, parental permission will be required before you can join. We have classes just for teens and tweens. Please get in contact for more information.
How long are classes/how much do you charge?
Each class is scheduled once a week. Our pole, aerial silk, aerial hoop, adults acro, kids aerial, kids acro and privates are 60 mins long. Aerial fit classes are 90 mins long.
Payment for pole fit, aerial silks, aerial hoop, adults acro and aerial fit classes are every 4 weeks to be paid in advance and are as follows:
Pole fit - £40
Aerial silk - £40
Aerial hoop - £40
Adults acro - £40
Aerial fit - £50
Discount is applied if you attend two or more classes a week.
Kids aerial and kids acro classes are 6 week terms at £45 per course paid in advance.
Privates are charged per class although a discount can be applied if multiple sessions are bought and again need to be paid in advance.
Per 1-2-1 session - £40
Per 2-2-1 session - £30 per person
For members who attend classes, open pratice sessions are available for £5. if you attend two or more classes a week, open practice sessions are free of charge. Please get in touch for more info on availbililty.
Payment can be made via Paypal (has additional admin fee) or bank transfer. Please contact us to book in.
NB - no refunds will be given. Please be sure you can attend before making payment.
What should I wear to pole/silk/hoop/acro?
For pole classes, shorts and a tank top are fine. For silks, hoop and acro, leggings are recommended.
To minimise risk of damage such as scratches or holes/rips to our equipment, please wear clothing that are free of zips/buttons/catches.
All classes are done in socks or bare feet and all jewellery must also be removed.
Cubby holes are provided for you to store your things.
