Students should be comfortable sitting in the hoop and have a solid movement foundation. This workshop will teach you how to flow effortlessly in the air, creating smooth transitions and stylish sequences in the aerial hoop. Learn impressive tricks and connect them into seamless choreography, plus a selection of striking flexi moves designed to look extra bendy—without needing extreme flexibility. Every sequence will be broken down into progressive levels, ensuring everyone leaves with new skills and drills to develop in their own time.
